Late Panther Location or info

This picture is from my collection but I've seen others of this Panther with US serviceman around , out of curiosity does anyone know where this picture was taken and what unit it might be from. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bob
the Panther is in Langerwehe/H******252;rtgenwald.
Unit is probably I./PzRgt 24,but that is not for sure.
Commander was Otto Denda.
