I found this panzer plate 2 years ago, near the Operation Veritable Area. I still don't have a clue to which this plate belongs to, I don't even know whether it's British, American, or German.. I pressume it's German. It's a large plate, and it measures around 60cm in with. As you can see, there are two holes in it, and some holes to put the plate up to something. Nearly al the green paint is left, and it's really a nice dug up find. It was found near some 7,5cm FK 18 shells, German 15cm SFH 18 shells, and a 40mm Bofors shell. It lay about a meter from a German pit with lot's of stuff in it, mostly artillery carrier lids. So, has ayone an idea? I would really appreciate the help.
Btw, there's a bullet hole in the side, you can't see it on the photo, but in real life you can still see the traces of the bullet (and the metal is dent too).
