Gentlemen, I ask for identification of the object attached. It a wheel of a vehicle with a track, most likely german, but not confirmed. The holes a protected with a net welded on them, in my opinion to protect it from outside dirt. I have no idea, please help.

When Frozzer said "interior", he meant inside the tank. Part of the final drive coupling inside the tank. He's a pic I found referring to a model of the tank, but it shows the part: http://s1.postimg.cc/try4nilof/Scree...1_23_14_21.jpg
I think it's basically the internal cover for the steering brakes.
