        Hi David,

        It appears to be an original, late war Silver Wound Badge in zinc by Klein & Quenzer. Has excellent detail on the front but some sloppy workmanship on the reverse. Looks like the drilled hole for the hinge pin was misaligned to the point where the hinge pin is not being held in on the one side. Other than that the badge appears to be okay.

          Yes i have seen this on the left side. (The right side is better but fragile)
          But are you ok to say that it is an clumsy made but original?
