      Looks like the number is 32, which is W. Hobacher of Vienna. I am by no means an expert on all things wound badge, but it looks like an original to me.

                  Just chiming in to echo the original-choir but I'd also like say that this is example is in much better condition than most Hobacher BWBs, which usually has quite a lot of corrosion around the hinge and catch area. Not "typical condition" in my opinion.
