    Real or Not Gold Wound Badge

    Could you please give me your opinions with this Gold Wound Badge. Thankyou!

    Hello,

    It's an original badge but, IMO, it's a Silver Wound Badge with most of the silver finish worn away on the front, exposing the tombak base metal. Is that a maker mark I see on the reverse, below the catch? Possibly an L/11?

      I don't know how you can tell with such photos, try taking new shots in focus so we can see it clearly please.
