I have seen finish bubbling on certain badges , but never what looks like metallic spatter all over such a badge, I also see a crack or what looks like solder on the hook shot , second down as the hooks are always cast, but the other shot of the hook is out of focus appears cast. Being that Wound badges are the easiest to fake of most badges, I wonder about this one, as most washes on the 65 badges are thin and usually streak not bubble. I certainly wouldn't want this one in my collection...

Your Klein & Quenzer still looks good to me.

I have posted one below for comparison. This one measures 44.00mm high x 36.57mm wide and it weighs 30.3 grams.
