    Unmarked early silver wb?

Hey guys, this was a recent Estand buy but I'm stumped. The shape of the helmet is throwing me, this has the hardware of a 30 but that front seems difrent. Opinions welcome.

We can not compare your badge and "30. They are completely different from both side.

Any idea on maker or timeframe?

I am just wanting to make sure this is a good, non-controversial piece.

Looks great! A Deschler/Wiedmann design made of tombak.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking also but needed that reassurance.

Looks like a nice example to me as well.

I don't think Haupt (30) made this one due to the different obverse detailing. They did use this type of reverse hardware setup, but several other firms did too so cannot determine the maker based on just the reverse hardware setup here unfortunately.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little
