Another strange WB

Hi guys,I wanted to know if this badge are real? The badge are allready sold..

I look at this one and get the feeling it is either a jewelry/sweetheart grade badge(but don't know how big this is we are looking at) unless I am not seeing it right, it appears to have a boss or a ring for a chain to hang from the neck at the top, and at the bottom it has another for attaching another chain hooked to something else , who knows??
I think it is either a conversion to be worn from a neck chain or pinned on....or is it a complete manufactured commercial design, As to if it is a present day creation, or period , I don't know ..
Americans made things for the spouse to wear in comemoration of military related pins or is possibly a badge for a female wounded and in some capacity was awarded the WB who had hers done this way to be worn both ways....??. You would need to obtain better shots to tell IMO.Wish we could see it completely, pin looks typical, not sure of the hook.
