    Silver Wound Badge ??

    Is my Silver Wound Badge a good or bad one? I would prefer constructive critisium rather than a thumbs down thanks guys.

    The catch plate on this one would indicate a post war Souval badge.

          Souval is the Austrian maker Rudolf Souval that continued to produce awards after the war

            thank you rbminis and Hans. I should have made sure it was a clearer photo before posting. So, Souval made awards during the war. What would his catch and pin have looked like during the third reich. Or was it the same as this one? could you lead me to an example. regards Helene

              This setup was used on many clear postwar products from Souval.

              Some rumours are saying that it was invented at the end of the war but i would be careful with this statement.

                  It is a 100% post war Souval made SWB check out the data base here on Souval war time SWBs and you will see the difference it is very clear that this badge is post war.
