Silver WB help needed

I have this unmarked silver badge which seems to be an earlier Tombak piece. It doesnt seem to be zinc and is quite smooth and heavy, showing brass color on the worn high points. Any thoughts as to maker also?

Thanks for the info. Looking at other forum posts, it does look like a 30 Hauptmuenzenampt piece, but why no mark?
