WW 1 German Black Wound Badge Help Please

Hello,
This Badge came with some other Imperial German items I bought. I checked it over and I can not find a MM on it. It looks almost too new for me.
Any Help is appreciated and Thank You in advance for your Help.

I have to say I do not like the looks of this one at all - very weak obverse detail, strange hinge and new looking paint.
