2 Silver Wound Badges "65" Original?

I picked up these two "65" marked Silver Wound Badges in the past year and wanted to run them by you experts to make sure they are the real deal (I am quite sure they are, but I don't trust anything anymore). If they are original, is one earlier than the other? Is one more rare than the other? These were made by Klein & Quenzer correct? Questions, questions . . . Thanks in advance!
