Wound Badge "28" in silver - Opinions

    Dear Friends,

I pictured this badge from my friends collection and would like to hear your opinions. It is silver wound badge marked by "28". There is something I do not like and it looks like die cast - though it "smells" kind of original... so I am lost

    Your opinions would be appreciated!

I still need EK1's L/14 Screwback and Pinback.

      Jani.

From the photos, this looks OK.

A late zinc example with the cast-in hinge and retaining hook.

      Scarce maker too.

      Regards,

      Robin.
