Silver WB Help please

Shown here in my most recent find. The envelope appears to be correct for this badge but also the veteran had the badge inside the hinged box. Is the box correct for this maker? What value should I place on the box and envelope? Maybe an approximate value on the whole group to place on estand would help. Thanks..........Harry C
