Zinc WB

WB's aren't my niche in collecting other than the four that my Dad brought back but I did find this at a military show today as I think it is an original. No finish remaining but I believe a see a small "4" under the catch. Any opinions on whether my eyes are still functioning correctly would be greatly appreciated. Is this maker common and who might be #4 associated to? THANKS...
