Hi. A nice one indeed! It might be an Imperial stock with the Swaz strike added later (in keeping up with the new regime of that time). As far as makers, Schickle is a known one with a unique style. Regards, Ron. P.S. If you ever get tired of it....

Hey dietrich Maerz....this configuration seems to match the version in the catalogue they said was just an artists conception . I think they drew them from an original version. Look at where the chinstrap rivet is located, also vent hole, and other rivet, seems to me they are in the same spots of the badge in the book you posted several weeks ago. Do you agree.?
i like this one also.....if mr maerz knows who made the catalogue, possibly it could be that maker. This configuration is less found as pointed out above. Also if you look at all the condor bwbs listed here on the search area, there are only one or tow even close ....nice one even if you have no idea who made it.

The award is looking good to me and is not looking to me the swaz added later...although the TRUE* Spanish WB's are in grey area and still is for many things and luck serious researching....

*TRUE meaning not the IWB's with added swaz nor the LCWB's that produced after the 1939 strike.
