    Two new Imperial WB's

Greetings. Here is a couple of new Imperials I picked up lately. Opinions always welcome. The first one is a 20's-30's made silver non-magnetic. Poor stamping details , but I believe it is good. Ron.

I bought this one off estand. It was advertised as a black grade, but I'm not so sure it isn't silver. What do you think? It is all magnetic and surely 20-30's production.

Hi Don. Thanks for your feedback. In hand, the "Type 5'' actually has a blued appearance to the finish. Ron.

              Hello Ron,

the first badge is a known fake, which you can find very often on ebay Germany. There this fake be offered in near mint condition, aged, verbödet and also with the manufacturer number 1 on the needle. The badge is made of a light metal (maybe aluminium). The fake is easily to identify by the sword handle on the right side.

              Regards Carsten
