BWB & SWB: good?

For years, I bought them as genuine, but with so many fakes around

Hi Nico,

To my eyes both are looking fakes, the fist L/11 is a very well made fake, the other is a quite modern fake from Germany, if you see more carefully you will see now and there 'eaten' spots at the edges , over set up even random pittings...

Has the SWB by the maker '30' been copied?

Yes, as far i know so far the zink type but i have heard that attempts has been made and on tombaks with various maker marks, sooner or later we will found them.

Also they have started to copy some unique makers like ESP and the results are very scary....

Unfortunate this plain award has been turned into a minefield...

I have posted it for sale, but I guess I will better withdrawn it.
It looks like being worn although, but today they do everything to pass off fakes as genuine ones.

Hello Nico,

Is there a vertical indentation that looks like a line coming up from the hinge on the 30 SWB? If yes then it´s also a fake.

The L/11 is a Floch as already stated.
