    Locked In Wound Badge

    This Wound Badge was included in a recent veteran acquired group of items.

    Although the outer case has been discarded long ago, the badge itself has become carroded into the base and "locked in".

    It will remain so.

      That's neat that it "locked" itself. Looks like a nice Zinc wound badge that is Gold grade. I'm not sure, but I think I see a bit of gold finish left.

          It is Vaseline time for that one. That will enable you to remove the zinc pest Hans is referring to.
