It comes with a certificate of originality.

But I just want to know if it is an original?
And if it is, what can I sell it for?

Yes, post clear photos obverse, reverse of the WB along with some 3D for the set up will be nice...

For what i can see is looking to be maker mark 21, and i have no good feelings for this WB.
