    Silver wound badge

    Hi all,

Guys i have a Wound Badge(Silver), but i´m not shure if it´s original, can please somebody tell me how an original WB is??
By the way the maker´s mark is L/14 in the middle of the obverse of the badge,he´s not rusty, but he is very used ( a sign of this is that his color that originally is silver, is a little.....i don´t know how to say.....well the silver color in the badge have some "blacker" parts.....)

Hi, "Iron Cross" (sorry I do not know your real name) there are lots of pictures of original and fake badges on this forum. Do a search and you will find some
Here is a website on the wound badge:

    Cheers, Ade.

        Hi Iron Cross,

Does your L/14 wound badge look like this?

Also, there is a common fake WB marked L/14 that is seen in gold and silver versions; see this thread. http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...ad.php?t=36892

        Regards,
        Greg
