Black Wound Badge with makers mark "TK"

Hello fellows,

can anybody tell me something about the maker of this Wound Badge?

Never seen this makers mark before.

Sorry for the bad photos. In reality it does not look so blurry - I think this is from the flash light.

Interesting. I don't recall ever seeing an outer edge like that. Like it was misstamped.
