What's the actual size of the WB mini?

I've seen a few (and have a couple) Imperial WB minis (not the naval one) that have a "full" safety pin type pin attachment, your's looks like it would have been more of a stick pin type attachment.

My personal theory on your WB is that it's OK - it just looks right, but then again I have never seen a mini Imperial Naval WB.
