Joeachim - the first picture is a wee bit blurred to make anything out, but judging by the setup it's possibly an L/22 or 65.

The camera is probably OK, a tripod would help - it illiminates shake and some of the focus problems when using a camera in macro mode.

Try to shot your badge with the macro option of your camera...
