Bryan, these are another one that can be devilishly hard to be certain about - there are alot of fakes of these. That said, to my untrained eye it does look good.

Can you possibly post some oblique pictures of the hinge and catch?

Hi Mike, thanks for your reply. You are right. There are alot of fakes of these. This one is not yet in my collection. For the clear pictures, hinge and catch setup, maybe I will ask the seller for more.

Hi Hans, yep it's interesting. The pattern is different to the one in my collection. Yes, this kind of badge should be more than one makers duing the period. But the silver finish to this badge make me feel interesting. Is there any finish or paint on that badge? Funny.
