    Hi!
    What about this one?
    Marked no 8.
    Thanks!

First of all - try posting this in the Wound Badges forum.

Second - IMHO your WB is at best a stripped i.e. paint removed BWB - but flash pics do not help in the diagnosis, as for it being an "8" - please supply closeups of the maker mark.

        Hi
I could be wrong but i think this is a black 81 with all the paint removed.

        regards

I kind of agree, with my f*cked up eyesight it does look like an 81 Overhoff BWB with finish stripped.

            yep it´s a tampered with...

I even know what prick you bought it from and he´s expelled from the Swedish auctionsite you bought it from... The seller bought several BWB´s and stripped them from the paint and then added a bogus makermark.
            Regards

Don´t throw away your fake WB´s! Get in touch with me.
I collect them for reference purposes for the benefit of the hobby (for the right "fake" price of course).

Worse than a faker! He destroyed original badges! History lost forever.

How sad is it when people have to try and scam a black wound badge for a quick dollar.
