There is a Spanish Cross with this style setup. It is made by Peltz??? or something like that. Ask up in the crosses forum.

              Hello Andy,
Definitely an original, but I've never seen one with a maker mark. Quite possibly made by Petz & Lorenz of Unterreichenbach. The hinge also reminds me of the type used by Dr. Franke & Co. of Lüdenscheid on Assault Badges. You're right! The pin and hinge is just like the type used on SA Sport Badges. I have a SA Sport Badge by Petz & Lorenz in my collection. I will see if it has the same type of catch.
              Best regards,
              Tom

Here is the catch. Similar, but not an identical match.

                      Best regards, Andreas

Are you refering to the abnormal L/11 BWB Andreas?

I would not use that one as a comparison in this case since there are unanswered issues with those BWB´s.

W.Redo used a very similar hinge type on their Sportbadges though.

                          Hello Hans,

i don't know if L/11 with this hinge is abnormal because i saw some of them at dealer sides in the last months but the feature another catch and a smaller needle.

Did i miss a discussion on the L/11 badges?
                          Best regards, Andreas

                              Hello Hans,

thanks for the links - i missed those threads

I have no problem with that hinge on the L/11 WB. Imo a classic award setup which was used on many badges like the SA Sports badge. From the overall setup the discussed badge is a match to the posted Petz & Lorenz sports badge.
                              Best regards, Andreas
