Yea, I noticed that also, that's why I questioned it, it looks a bit "too good"

You can find tons of mint looking ones. I think this badge just received too thick of a coat of finish. Compare it to another L/56 to be sure.

To me they all look the same, I didn't even notice the markers mark before posting the pics...thats why I ask

I read somewhere that 90% of the L/56 opens the hinge to the left, and that there are more then 4-5 different ways the markers mark are positioned, and even there's one with 103 on the needle

Both the L/56's in my collection have a heavy paint job - not quite as heavy as this one, I 99% certain neither of mine has been repainted.
