    Silver wound badge

I just got this at the Show of Shows. I like it but invite others opinions. Although it has the look and heft of a 30, the pin setup is more like an L/13 shown in one reference book I saw. Regards, Ron.

Hi Ron if you look at a thread on 25-1 2018 by Tony Bologna you will see several silver badges mm and unmarked that Hans has virtually proven to be fakes which are similar to the one you have posted, the one thing they had in common was that they were heavier than the normal silver tombac badge,so if you weigh it you may be nearer finding out the outcome,or as i hope it could be an original one Kevin.

                      Hello Ron,

to me that´s a "bad apple" that comes with different hardware and several makermarks such as 4, 134, L/12 and L/50

Here is a link to an old topic

                      http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...ghlight=21+swb

Would it be possible to post a better obverse photo from it?

What ever you do don´t throw it away if you don´t get a refund. I am interested for the right price for reference purposes
                      Regards
                      Hans N

Don´t throw away your fake WB´s! Get in touch with me.
I collect them for reference purposes for the benefit of the hobby (for the right "fake" price of course).

It's an 11 year old thread. Weird that it all of a sudden is brought back up.....but apart from that I believe this one to be a fake.
