    L/52 Black WB

    this arrived today, bought off a dealer unknown with L/** maker, turns out to be a nice L/52 under a 20x loupe, why do the brass version look so much nicer then the steel versions?

      Mickey are you sure that is L/52? From the photo is look like L/53.

      Of course you have better opinion than me because you're the owner.

      I haven't seen so far L/52 steel WB, brass vs steel if you speaking for the details imo both has the same detail and depends from specific dies and pieces, also i have seen steel examples that outnumber the brass examples and the opposite.

        I know what you mean, but defiantly L/52, checked over and over again with loupe and magnifying glass, also compared with L/52 and L/53 threads,
