      This should be fun.

I went with Assmann also. The one that Lorenzo Brown owned is the only one I have ever seen. He stated recently that it went to an advanced WB collector. I wonder who the lucky son of a gun was?

I would also have to say the Assmann with the Hermann Wernstein running a close second.

Yes indeed intresting thread, but c'mon guys cast your vote(s) 89 views and only 10 votes!

I'll cast my vote too and goes to the Godet firm, especially with the LDO number L/50. For years i'm looking for another example except mine WB and no luck

PS: Dennis, i'm the lucky owner and was the second example in my collection, thanks Larry

I voted Assman as well. I have only seen one marked "A", several years ago. I passed it by because at that time wound badges were not my main focus ("not my main focus" -that was hard to say).

You have two, that is not fair. Send me one, and I'll forward you a wb as you requested by "winning" the guessing game in a previous thread.

No no Steven, actually one of the Assmann WB destroyed last year among with other WBs.
Besides you must win a puzzle to eligible for one WB from my collection, are you ready? If you loose i'll take one of yours.

Because i'm lazy to take pictures right now, i'll post the pics that i posted in a discussion on the Iron Cross forum 'Godet vs Juncker'

Let me know if you want more detailed pics and i'll send them to your e-mail.
