BWB with a typical Gablonz type of catch

I also managed to pick this one up. It has the typical Gablonz catch which can be seen on a wide variaty of combat awards but in the world of Wound badges so far only the 93´s are found marked.
Question is who made these? Is it an unmarked Richard Simm & Söhne from Gablonz?

I collect them for reference purposes for the benefit of the hobby (for the right "fake" price of course).

I agree, there are unmarked RS&S examples with several of their hardware variations. This is imo one of them.

        Hi Hans,

Great addition, love the reverse hardware setup on this one and the worn look of the swas against the black finish.

My vote would be an unmarked RSS as well, the obverse deisgn seems to be a perfect match to the 93-marked examples as well as the reverse hardware setup.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

I’m with everyone else on this being an RS&S. Here’s a thread showing one in the bag - https://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/for...7&highlight=93.

I agree, are early productions from RS&S with some variations.
