    GWB in etui for review

Hello guys, I have bought this set from eMedals even stomached their "buyer's premium" rip off along with crazy shipping rates. Since I have been mainly seeing a bit different etuis with Hauptmünzamt GWB, I would like to ask you if this etui is ok and fits to the badge. Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

a heavily worn badge in Viennese design. The case is not for a WB.

      Hi

For ones a worn gold WB, and with correct hinge for a "Hauptmünzamt wien" wound badge
The etui is for a KVK1 IMHO

Nice badge and etui even if it's not a matching set

      Cheers,
      Ronny

        Hello,

I think the lid of the case was taped over. Underneath it is something circular ...

@ Ronny: It does not necessarily have to be for KVK, also for EK (LDO case) and Wiederholungsspangen 1.Klasse.

Nice original unmarked Haupt badge in gold. As the others have said the case is more for a KVK or EK.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

            Thank you guys

@Shaver: After closer inspection of the circle, there is slightly visible shape of KVK

Well, I bought the badge because of the engraving on the back that makes the piece more personal so I will just place a KVK1 inside the etui and be happy with it.

              Hello grinderwolf,

              thank you for the picture!
Very interesting, it looks indeed as a KVK woX.
I never saw this, interesting is the circle, I don't know circles on KVK cases.

              Regards Shaver
