Hello, i have som questions about this verwundetenbzeichen. Why is the metal silver color covered with black, is this due to manufacturing or repainted?

This is interesting! The maker of this badge is Overhoff & Cie, mm 81. The 81 is often found painted silver or gold next to the regular black form. The big question with these painted badges is always when it was applied to the badge. Many believe it was done post-war.
IF this badge has an original black finish on top of the silver painted finish it could be an interesting revelation.

Another possibility could be that it was painted black again by a collector who didn't believe in the silver and gold painted pieces,

So you think a can take the risk to buy it and remove the paint ?

If its been over painted post war you have not much to lose. I don't want to give you bad advice but if you chose to remove it go for something mild to begin with e.g washing -up liquid with an old toothbrush, if no good then perhaps acetone (nail varnish remover) very carefully.
