    Hello,

I do not have photos on hand, but I have a doubt about the hinge and the hook.

To be checked with other notices.

    François.

Here is an example, silber version, but what characterizes one of the version for this manufacturer.

After, it is possible that there is this type of variant, wait for other opinions.

      François.

That one is an improved Staegemair fake unfortunatly. Look at the highlighted areas and compare

              Hi

Any chance of pictures in natural light?
From posted picture the colur looks stange and the catch is wrong for this type of Carl Wild badge, might be a original badge with replaced catch and re painted

More pictures of the catch and makers mark might help

              Cheers,
              Ronny

I can only agree with Hans, a Staegemier fake. The wrong reverse hardware setup is ofcourse the first red flag, but also the odd look on the finish, especially from the obverse.

Nice compares Hans for the commonalities with these Staegemeir fakes.

Nice original shown by Francois, that is how a nice original CW wound badge should look like.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

                    Hi

There are a few different hardware pin/catch setups on 107 badges
Here are two different non intergral, small and large hinge

                    Cheers,
                    Ronny
