Black Wound Badge With Hobacher Bag

    Hi Guys,

Today I recieved this Black Wound Badge set.
The badge is a unmarked example. The bag is marked with W. Hobacher Wien 107.
    I don't know if it's a matching set.
The 2 different marked '32' Hobacher examples I have in my collection don't match the setup of this badge.

The badge has a strange kind of green layer on the back.
It's unmagnetic and only weighs 6,00 gram.
    Very light in my opinion.

Let's see what you think of it.

And 2 scans of the badge with the green layer clearly visible.

      Hi Marco,

This could very well be a matching set for Hobacher because green - lacquered finish is common to see on Hobacher Luftwaffe Flak badges. I will show one of mine tonite, but that would jive nicely with this WB being Hobacher and with matching packet.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

I'm curious about the Hobacher Flak Badge.

              Hi Marco,

Sorry, fell off my radar! Will show one of my hobachers tonite, you will see the same green finish as on your great WB set.

                Hi Marco,

Here is my Luftwaffe Flak badge by Hobacher, with the same greenish lacquered finish as your wound badge. Another example as well, with Hobacher-marked packet which too is a good match to your packet.

                  Thanks Thomas!
Very nice example with the matching bag.
The green finish looks the same on the wound badge.
                  Thanks for posting.
