All original imo. The WBs are marked 100 above the catch for Rudolf Wachtler & Lange.

Like Mike said all 3 are original.

Nice Silver badges from Wachtler & Lange marked 100 above the catch. Some of the badges are also marked L55 but it's hard to see.
Red cross Helferin pin is a nice original Frank & Reif from Stuttgart.

I attached a example from my collection with the L55 mark on te back.
