The German Eagle Order Regulations and award certificates

At the request of a user of this forum, I open this thread to share information about the award certificates and regulation of the German Eagle Order.

Please ask other users not to intervene until you have completed all the information I have and have expressed my opinion.

Once I finish my exhibition, I will let you know so that you can give your opinion and refute.

It must be said that there were several changes in the regulations of this Order contained in the statutes that were published in the Reichsgessetzblatt. The first of these regulations (May 1, 1937) was published in nº56 of 1937

-In these regulations they name this Order as:
"Verdienstordens vom Deutschen Adler".

-In the awards certificate of this first time we see the phrase reflected at the beginning:
"IN NAMEN DES DEUTSCHEN REICHES"

The different grades of the order are named with the word "Stufe" except in the case of the Great Cross and the Order with Star.

Note: The version with swords does not exist in the Orders of 1937-1939

Published in Reichsgessetzblatt nº 82 of 1939

All denominations are the same and the categories are still named as "Stufe".

The version with swords is authorized in all grades for military merits "mit Schwertern"

Note: I have never seen an award certificate for a medal without swords and I don't know what the reason is
