      I agree the AH is no good the pin back just says it all.
      The other looks to be an early one , cannot tell clear pic will help.

        Nice Heim Ins Reich badge , the Adolf Hitler badge is bad ,the rzm wasnt in use in 1933. Vince

                It might be original. What disturbs me is the fact that the badge is very carved and that the red enamel is so dark.

                  Maybe you guy's have a point and decent pictures would clear up a lot. There are even no dots visible in the red field based on the pictures we now looking at.
