1939 Kreissieger????

A friend just got this 1939 Kreissieger badge A. Bremmer maker-
As noted on various topics this company never produced 39 Kreissieger badges . I hate to tell him its fake so I would like a little input from the forum.

It's a fake. In my article written for the International Militaria collector I call it the bull-neck fake because of the fat neck of the eagle. And indeed in 1939 the Kreissieger production was outsourced to 3 other companies

As a side note , my friend recently started collecting III Reich regalia , he purchased this 39 Kreissieger badge from a reputable long time dealer who frequents this forum - My friend will contact this dealer and hopefully the dealer will do the right thing. As always "Buyer Beware".
