WHW tinnie not in "Sticky"

Hi guys and gals. I was gifted this tinnie by a very kind gentleman on another forum. I thought that was very nice of him! I didn't find it in the "Sticky", so thought maybe I better get it checked in real time. Does anyone recognize it? I am assuming it is missing maybe a tin eagle/swastica and not sure about the red paint. Any ideas? Thank you!!!!

WOW Ron! It's okay the way it is? That's great! I was happy with it anyhow since it was a gift. But if it is okay the way it is, that's really great!
