Am i right? Is this badge related to NS Soldatenbund or Marinebund (1936 Marine Soldatenbund Adler)?

Right! Very nice Marinebund eagle. The Soldatenbund bird is similar but in silver. Attached is the complete set including the later "universal" version that replaced both earlier types
