Fake. SS FM badges came in stickpin- or brooch-type form (not with this type of buttonhole attachment device). They were never RZM-marked, and the "L/17" code doesn't even make sense. The enamel is poor as well and the runes shouldn't be on this type of filled-in background field with straight edges top and bottom.
