Shield Shape pin cant find any info

I have been looking for info on this one for a while now and haven't even come close

If I remember correctly this is one of a number of WHW pieces which one could acquire. I don't know whether it would be given out when you gave a donation or what but there are a number of small items like this and they are from the WHW. Others who collect these items can tell you the reason for it and how they were acquired.
