Far from an expert but I like it and the eagle has an "Assmann" look to it IMO. These 2nd pattern/decoration types are not always marked (particularly the hollow stamped types) but any chance it may have a faint RZM 17 or the later RZM M 1/17 mark on the back ?

The 2nd pattern NSDAP eagle is a nice Deschler & Sohn, München specimen with all the hardware present
