Hello it is a nice transitional badge. I think they are harder to find than later badges but not rare. Vince

I agree with above poster. Definitely harder to find than your standardized m1/ badges, but not super rare. Can be bought for around $100-150 depending on condition. Your's is in nice condition and the font on front is very attractive. Definitely a keeper.
