Has anyone seen this tinnie before? I have not been able to find a reference for it. It appears to be celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Rakoczy spring??

I could not find any refence material to this tinnie.. Is this a rare tinnie?

Probably not a (excuse the use of the word) Nazi tinnie, more probably a local event or even just a souvenir badge, the date also needs to be pinned down, even so , it may be rare but desirable ???
