Opinion on KDF Factory Worker Id Badge?

Meant to post this in THIS forum, so here it is. I have only found one other (online) and it had blue painted accents. Maybe I'm not searching the right terms. Asked a few prominent collectors/dealers and none had seen this badge. Not always a good sign. Afraid it might be pure fantasy, or maybe ultra rare as the site below states.
