    Very Nice Andre!

Is the Luftfahrt Werbung marked on the back? I've not seen that one before. Would appear to be a fundraising item for youth flight? Unique symbol on the bottom also.

    Thanks for sharing, Justin

      Thanks Justin!

To answer your question, it's not marked on the back, and doesn't appear to have ever had a marked pin plate either. It's missing the pin, so I say that based on the solder traces. That one came from Dave H. at Military Antiques Toronto; (for anyone who has never bought from Dave, buy with confidence, he's great to deal with, as is Justin Holmes).

P.S. Justin, I don't know if you've seen my tinnie collection before, but almost all of it is posted here:

            Andre,
I have seen your collection link - it is impressive and fun to review, some really rare pieces. We have very similar taste as you know. Thanks for the kind words also!

I looked up Johann Philipp Palm from the below tinnie as I was not familiar. An interesting story - executed by Napoleon for something his publishing company produced.

            Best regards, Justin

              Hi Justin:

According to the Wiki on Palm, he was arrested and tried in Braunau, and Hitler mentions him in Mein Kampf:
